Our monthly rent contracts guarantee your salon suite fixed weekly rent rate that includes all utilities, liability insurance, WiFi, receptionist during peak hours, free use laundry facilities, property taxes, cleaning of common areas, maintenance, supplies for the rest rooms, free parking and many more. There are no hidden fees or expenses.
We don’t believe in locking you into long-term, hard-to-break commitments just to keep you with us. Instead, we commit to you — your rent will remain unchanged for the first 24 months, and any increase after that will be capped at just 3%, usually applied in January.
Every suite is available pre-furnished at no extra charge. For Hair Professionals, suites are furnished with a Styling Chair, Wash Basin, Shampoo Chair, Rolling Station, Dryer, and Mounted Cabinets. Phenix encourages Salon Professionals to fully customize their suites with paint, artwork, additional furniture or whatever else they can dream up!!!
